With reference to a lr. of the 25th Augt. lat , submit 2 lr. from the comissary genl. furnishing transcripts of communication from officers commanding European Troops, & from the Depy.Commissary genl. connected with the arrangements proposed to be made for the future rationing of European soldiers.
