Transmits copy letter form Captain B.T. rEilly, commdg. the sappers and miners, soliciting to be furnished with teh badges of the 3 clas order of merit for the 3 Subedar, 3 Jamadars, 6 Havildars, 2 Naicks, 2 Buflers, and 4 Sepoys late of Brad foot sappers who were admitteed to that orders in G.A. of the 1st April last.
