Submits copy lr. from the Officer commdg. H M's 29th Regt. with the C in Chiefs recommendaiton that Pvt. John Holden a transfer from teh 31st to the 29th regt may receive a Jellalabad and a Cabool Medal to replace those stolen from him the cost of which he is willinig to pay.
