In reply to letter no. 1738 of this date, inform that the Honbel the President in Council Pleased to permit Mrs. Rudloff, widow of the late Sergt. & Band Mr. Rudloff of H. M's 9th Lancers to proceed to Europe on board the Ship Plantagent, in service of the family of Lieutenant Dent 9th fort, at the expense to the state of the usual charter Party Passage.
