Bringing to notice with the reference to the new pay Tables for the European Troops publshed in G.G.O. of 8th July last, that many Comdg. Officers have expressed doubles as to their retaining the power to stop the allowance in lieut of spirits for minor offences, after that order comes into operations offering H.Excy. sentiments on the subject suggesting the issue of another G.O. Explaining.
