With refer. to his letter no. 116 & 51 D/respectively 27th Oct. & 9th Dec. last, statign that in view to giving effect to theorders of the honable court on the subject of the pay & rations of Euro. troops the Govr. genl. deemed it obviously that such G.A. aplicable to teh 3 resedences as may be necessary should be issued in Commnr. units his Lordship by the Prest. in council.
