With reference to a lr. of the 21st Oct. last, states, that he has applied for lr. of administeration to the estate of Lieut.Charles Black 17th Regt. N.I, and that he has released the estate of the late Captn.Fimmings from the eventual liability on accts of the draft for Rs.256-14-9 which now appears not to have been realized by the lr. officers.
