Transmitting a resoluction that the mily authorities of the three presidencies be requested to consider the draft act together with the papers noted at the foot of the resoluction containing suggestioin for the improvements of courts of requests for the recovery of debts against mily persons together the admistration of justice by comissariat officers with a view to forming a genl and amended system of law upon this subject applicble to all the presidency for necessary orders to the mily authorities at thie presidency.
