Transmits duplicate lr. from the courts of Dirctors to the govt. of Bengal Madras & Bombay also a duplicate lr. from the secy. at the Indea House, states that a copy of lr. No. 2 to the govt. of Bengal has been transitted to the adjt. genl. of the army.
