WIth refec. to a lr. of the 3rd March last states the govr. genl's of opinion that the reasons assigned by the govt. of Fort st. george for proposeing the removal of the cadet estabt. from fort geroge to palaveram and the exeption of the officer to be placed in charge oof it from the operation of the G O G G 15th july 1834. are stron and satisfactory and requests that the presdt. in Council will communicate to the Madras govt. should be see no objection the concurrence of the govt. of India .
