With reference to offg.secy.lr. no.348 Dt.13th July last,with paras 38 to 46 of courts despatch No.51 of 1850 intimate that a committee of officers believed to passes a superior knowledge of horses ha been ordere to assemble at hanpper on the 25th nov.next for the admission of remounts into the service.
