Transmits a letter from call reed commanding H.M's 62nd Regt and 3rd returns and of public money lost during the hurricane of the 6th sept last which overtook the fteet of boats conveying the heas quarter division of Hm's 62nd regt when proceeding to Dinapore with recommendation that teh money lost may be to the account of govt obervation.
