In continuation of his letter of the 3rd jany last submits copy despatch from the adjt gengl of the army of the correspondence entered into with major Nott subseqently to the receipt of the adjt genl letter with a view of eciting further information relative to the spirit contract cancluded at Kandahar between the commisst.
