With reference to a lr. of the 18th Instt. report that lt. col wheeler O. G. 7th irregular cavy. has been retrenched Rs. 76-12-10 as the pay of 3 extra lasears from 1st may to 31st augt. and of a 4 addl losear from 21th may to 31st augt. 1849 and if that portion of the Retrenchements be remitted which relates to the pay.
