Intimating that the Ct. of Directors is ltr. no. 58 of the 28th May 1851 have states that the surveyign instruments specified in supplementary indent Dated 23rd Setp. 1850 will be furnished with refer to the statement of the Surve. Genl. that the receitp of this supply will enabel the survey to get on for many year without requirieng more instrucmet.
