With reference to a ltr. of the 19th of 1850, submits, for orders, an original desptch from the pay master of Native pensioners on Aude, realtive to the payment of the stipend of baichoo bee a family pensioner of the bomaby established through the Colloctor at Agra under the operation of G.A. 9th Oct. 1847.
