In reply to a despatch of the 4th ult. state that the 2nd divisend of Ava prize money due to the late mr. Rorawfords estate amounted to cost Rs. 255-10-7 of this sum Rs. 195-3-11 was permitted in Govt. lr. of 22nd nov. 1843 to be carried to the credit of the state being balance of account due by the decased and that the remainder cost Rs. 60-6-/8 remain unclaimed and unpaied.
