Transmits for favourable consideations copy despatch from the adjt. genl. of the army, & of the Mily. Audr. Genl. report thereon, recommending that the organization of the H.B. regt. be assimilated with that of H.M. Regt. & that sanction be given to an increase in the number of serjt. to be borne by the former branch of the service.
