In reply to no. 6843 of the 5th Instt. reporting that their 18 of have directed all the old seik Carriages which are unservicable fro the ordnance Depot at Lahore. To be Concerted into old Iron, Firewood etc. sanctioning the materials to concerted which may not be required in the depot to be sold by public anction as suggested.
