With reference to mily dept. lr.no. 271 of 8th ult. states that the st. Govr. was on the jont of beinging the whole sulyit of the agra and bombay road under the consideration of the suprene govt. in the home departt. but could not lay it as fuuly as he insthed without the information sought from the the mily board.
