Informed in reply to no. 185 of the 1st Instt. that the Govt. Establishment for teh Sudder Bazar at Kussowlie will be discontinued from the 15th May Next and with reference to the proposal to remove the Regimental Bazar to the site now occupiod by the Sudder Bazar, that if sanctioned Generally. the State would be exposed to claims for compensation both by the inhabitants of the Regimental Bazar Compelled to change them residence & by the propectors of Horses in the Suder Bazar.
