With reference to a lr. of the 16th decr.1848 submit extt. of audit statement from June to septr.1850 regarding a retrenchments made from the disbursemnts of the Saharunpore stud depot for those month on accts of the salaries of the Head Asst. and Trasurer for want of authority under which the pay of the late Head Asst Was divided and 2 individuals entertianed in his room.
