With reference to a letter of the 7th ultimo submit copy of one from the oficer commanding at Fultyghur explaning the emergent circumsatnaces under which he issued the station order, of 11th December 1850 direction the repair of the Floor of the fixing of Mangaewood shelies in the new hospital there and recommend that the station order may be confirmed.
