Observing that copies of all the annexment of letter dt 9569 of the 21st ultimo had been already submittted with their communication no 9333 in reply to which relative to the disposal of Ramrutten Roy by the Exce. Engr. Midnapore, referring their Bd. to the 2nd para of office letter no 226 of this date .
