Observing in reply to letter no. 107 of 18th Ultimo, that the G.C. no. 433 of 23rd August 1849 allows to share as privates, store Lascars and other Fixed Mily. Establishment, but as the services of a Droftsman could not be required in an action considered to have any claim to share in the Meeanee and Hydrabad portions of Seinde Prize Money.
