With reference to a letter of the 13th December last, submit a servised Bill amounting to Rs. 185 disbursed on account of Hackeries detained at Loodianah in December 1845 & January 1846 on the way to Ferozepore, in consequence of the unsafe state of the Roads, together with Copies of Explanatory letters from the Army Clothing Agent, & the Deputy Collector of Loodianah on the subject.
