Annexing para 13 of a mily. ltr. form the corut of Drs. no. 1321 dated 18th Dec. 1850 with copy of a ltr. form Captain Max sttaing that the rule observed by the adminitaly has been to grant the ewar medal to every person present in any action per which the medal is allowed.
