Transmitting to the Tenl. dept. for consideration and orders with reference to extt. from that dept dated the 16th September 1848 a despatch from the mily board no 5761 of th 14th november 1850 submitting an estimate amtg. Rs 12372 for constructing an hospital for temales in the artillery lines at Umballah.
