Last, submits His Excy.opinon that a soldier inteing the service under the esting regulations of govt. as entitled to clothing for theyear in which he is umbsued who states that his Lordship thinks the practice of giving clothing from the offer Knowing fund,as well as Bounty Clothing should be strictly addressed.
