Intimating in reply to letter no. 6830 of 4th Instt. submitting copy of correspondence with the Pay Master Queen's Troops, relative to the alteration of the Regimental no. of private (now Serjeant) Luin Her Majesty's 70th Foot, to 1333 instead of 1833, as was inserted in the statement annexed to letter from this Dept. no. 533 of 25th January last that it has been laid before Govt.
