Submit a statement of advances and reocmmend that a sum of Rs. 4696 may be place at their disposal for anmual and ordmary repairs of 1850/51 to the Buildings and see in the lower provines submit also a statemnet of sums granted for the repairs of 1849/50 of the amount sanctioned and of Bills recived.
