In complicance with a lr. of the 25jth ult. submits copy of one frojm the Accountt. Mily Dept. intimating that there is no objection to the surrender of any security that mr. Hunter may have lodged as late pay master H.M's 98th Regt. and observes that the Regtt. accounts of that officer were upwards of a year ago finally avdited.
