With reference to a lr. of the 7th feb. last submit copy despatch from the supg. Engineer S. E. Prooinces regarding the charges of inscbordination and neglect of duty preferred by him against captn. guthric and state that they hjave added a transeript of captn. Guthries lr. no. 244 of 13th march 1850.
