With refernce to his letter no. 635 of the 28th June 1851 observing that necther the medical certifate nor the copy of order therewith Submitted shew whether the Murse entertained was European or native if the mUrse be native or an ayah it would appear in teh absnece of record of special objectinos that the Case is quite subfficeintly provided for under G O G G no. 278 of 22nd July 1848.
