With reference to the lr. noted within recived with a lr. from the ct. of Drs. to the govr. of Bengal no. 136 of 18th dec. 1850 on which a report is therein called for requesting that the post master Genl. N.W.P. may be directed to furnish a clear statments upon each case as no exsplanation has yet heen given upon the specifice assertions of the officers.
