In reply to thier despatch no. 3476 of th 5th march 1851 intimating that under the circumstances therein detaited the retrenchment iup to th present time for the extra hospitals establishment wil not be enforded & observing with referencer to the sevral G O quoted within that the hopspitals establishment is correctly set forth in claures 2* 3 page 205 of the medical code.
