With advartence to former correspondence, submit copy correpondence with the Superintendent the Cossipore Foundry, regarding the arrears of annual accounts of the Foundry offer observations & state that the 1st of July next has been grant to bring up the arrears, which they trust will meet with approval. & submit the observations of their collegue Brigadier Frith.
