With reference to Mily. Dept.Docket no. 245, of teh 245, of 14th Jan. 1852, entimating that the whole amount of Lieut. I.J. Maxwell scurity for a 1st class dinv. had been depostied with the su treasroy requst to be frusihed with the usual certificate to that effect, to allow of the staff salay of Lieut. M.being now pased as ex-engiener of the sealkote Division.
