Detp. ltr. no. 164 of the 6th inst. state tha the bill submitted by Major commigham ex-engineer mooltan divn. for staff allownce while proceene form Gwalior to mooltan was sent from the mooltan divn. office but as the salary is chargebel to the Gwalion Divn. it was rejected by the board.
