Submit, copy of letter from the Depy Princiapl Commissary of ordernace Forwardign , with remarks as Roll of magazine men and artificers consideered unfit for works by that officer and the Garrison surgeon, officer observation and bring to notice that 8 of the men have been in the service of Govt. for period ranging from 1792 to 1804.
