Intimating that by letter no. 129 of 8th Instt. from the assistant adjt. gnel.of the Army it appears that officer made over cahrge of this office to teh asstt. Qr. Mr. gnel. of the Army on that date for the purpose of availing Himself of the leave granted to him by G G O. no. 81 of th 6th Feby. 1850.
