In reply to his lr. no. 151 A of the 19th Instt. requests that lieutt. ward of the 8th Regt. lt. cary. may be referred to G. G. O. No. 19 of the 21th jan. 1825 and to inform him that on compliance with its provisions him application for furlough to Europe fwill be submitted to Govt.
