Intimating that thier despatch no 4045 and 4744 of the 18 ultimo and 2nd inst. reporting the demages sustamed by the fort at mooltan by a flood in august last and the cinsiqent insufficievey of the extimate for its repair submitted previous to that event have been laid before goverment.
