Submit, for information copy correspondence with the supdt. central stud, reportign that a broad mare and 2 fouls wire buirnt to death at Pooshah on the night of the 31st Jan. last, adn state that these docuents do not furnish any satisfactory information on the subject of the loss savign that it is sid to have been daused by fire.
