With refrence to Govt Despatch of the 11th dec'r 1847. submits Copy of one From the permamanent select Committee, of Arty, officers, and solicits, sanction of the printing on Cards, of 300 Copies of the accompaying fabbs no 1 and 2 , of shrapuell practice , in view to the Cards being disbtributed to the officers of Artillery and to Magazine, as recommended by the Committee.
