In reply to des. no. 3607 of the 26th ultimo stating that the sudder bazar at Bareilly being within the limits of contonment cannnot be allowed to form an reception to the Genl rule laid down in G G O no 184 of the 1835 which declares that the new standard seer of eighty tolas shall be adopted in all Mily buildings and contonments.
