In returning the enclosure of despatch no 3602 of the 26th ultimo , directed by the Honbale the President in Council to observe that all correspondence regarding medals is required to be submitted to Government through the department of the adjettant General of the army in which medal rolls are kept and , request that this course may be adopted an the present occasion.
