Informed in reply to no 3546 of 21st ultimo that it having been proved by personnel enquity by the exe commt officer at Julunder that the petitions from contractors there had not in store gram equal to the grautity stipulated upon the Presd. in Cl. sees no legitimate ground for their complaint also that the term cavalry horses in a letter from this Dept.
