With advertce to mily dept. lr. no 329 and 620 of the 14th may and 25th augt. 1852 recommend that an advance of Rs. 10000 on acct. of the construction of the several Buildings regd. for a troop of native Horse Arty. at Mooltan may be sanctioned and places at the disposal of the officer in charge of the divsion payable by the civil treasury there.
