Stating that as the G O G G of the 1st sept. last distinetly delare that these men are to be included in the authoried establishmetn of the regiment Govt. on of sanctioned by the above granted G O is not intendeed to be in excces to the memebersof non commissaion officers of that grade above ion the strengh of a difination of native infantry
